Ammonium metatungstate is shorted for AMT. The content of WO3 of AMT is over 90.00% or 91.00%. It appears white crystalline powder, looks like ammonium paratungstate, but insoluble in water. Ammonium metatungstate is widely used in petroleum industry, ceramic industry, fireproof fabric and could be used as material for metal tungsten, tungsten alloy. It is now widely used in the raw material of heat insulating masterbatch.
Chemical formula of tungstic acid is H2WO4. Tungstic acid is yellow powder, soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in ammonia. Heat to 100 ° C loss of water from the crystallization of anhydrous. Yellow tungsten oxide is yellow crystalline powder. It is produced by roasting ammonium paratungstate at closely controlled temperatures to drive off water and ammonia. Exact time and temperature control determine, to a large extent, the physical characteristics of yellow tungsten oxide. Yellow tungsten oxide has two colors for different grain size. When the grain size of yellow tungsten oxide is around 1.5um, it shows the color of yellow, and when the grain size of yellow tungsten oxide is around 15um, it shows green. The property is similar.
Chemical formula of violet tungsten oxide is W18O49 or WO2.72. Due to the special needle-like or columnar crystal structure of the violet tungsten oxide, and the richer cracks than the other tungsten oxide particles, this structure has a large gap which makes its low bulk density, and thus to conducive to the reduction or other reactions. The applications of violet tungsten oxide are as follows:
1. Prepare tungsten powder, especially the production of nano, submicron or super-fine tungsten powder;
2. To apply in the gas sensor, to show a good gas sensitive to nitrogen dioxide (NO2) under room temperature;
3. The preparation of tungsten carbide, super-fine WC-Co powder.

Chemical formula of blue tungsten oxide is WO2.9. The appearance is blue powder. It is transition metal oxide semiconductor material, it has special physical and chemical property such as electrochromic, gasochromic and photochromic, widely applied in smart window, photosensitive sensor and gas sensor.
Cesium tungsten bronze is inorganic nano material with good property in absorbing near-infrared with uniform grain size and dispersibility, it has strong absorbing function in near-infrared area with wave length 800~1200nm, also has high transmittance in visible light area with wave length 380~780nm. Its application includes:
1.Use as dispersion for transparent heat insulating coating and membrane.
2.Thermal chemical fiber, textile fiber and other high performance insulating media.
3.Transparent insulating window film, architecture coating.
4.Car pad pasting, PVB insulating membrane, laser marking, diagnosis treatment, infrared filter.
Nano heat insulating masterbatch can be used to produce heat insulating membrane or sheet by three layer compressing or dual direction stretch. Visible light transmittance rate is 5~75%, near-infrared insulation rate is 90~100%, ultraviolet insulation rate is 100%. It can be used to prepare PE, PP, PET, PC, PMMA membrane and sheet. Use cesium tungsten bronze as near infrared insulation raw material, has better transparent property and IR resistance rate compared to traditional ATO and ITO. Cesium tungsten bronze as heat insulating intermediate agent is applied by many membrane manufacturers. It has good thermal stability and dispersion property, the haze is less than 0.5% and won't block the signal of communicating tools.
Nano heat insulating dispersion can combine with acrylic PSA. It has excellent transparency, can isolate the infrared light from the sun. It can be used in insulation films with high transparency and high infrared isolation on the front windshields of automobiles.
